Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish and half-English woman was born on April 16th, 1997 in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker and Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology. Her father is an Argentinan of Scottish and English descent is her mother. Her mother comes from Spanish and English heritage. Taylor Joy has four brothers and sisters, with one coming in each parent's prior marriages. The family lived within Buenos Aires until she was six then relocated to the Victoria region of London. Taylor Joy claims that her move to England was extremely stressful. She was not willing to study English and hoped she could relocate back to Argentina. Hill House became her school that she chose after being ordered to move schools. She then enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she studied dance and performed in shows. She dropped out of the high school aged 16 to focus on her acting profession. Taylor-Joy's desire to be an actor started at a young, age. Sarah Doukas of Storm Management was the first one who hired her as a professional model.
